The pins for Ground (Pin 1), LTC in (pin 2) and LTC out (pin 5) are utilised the same on all Lockits and all other manufacturers that use this connector for timecode interconnection.
Pins 3 and 4 are used for different functions and signals, depending on the exact model. Current units offer features like serial communication or Sync and PPF on these pins.
Discontinued Lockit models used to support tuning per Ambient 501 Controller via ASCII and tune reference signal. Consult the manual for a specific product to find more information if necessary.
