If you have an Ambient product of any kind that is defective or worn and requires maintenance or a repair, you should contact your personal dealer or the distributor in your region in order to arrange a service return. Be ready to provide the exact model number, serial and a fault description.

In some instances we also accept repairs directly from customers, but dealing with shipping and customs especially when sending a device from outside the EU can be complicated and often leads to high import taxes and delays if not done correctly.
